Apollo Towers

The 8-story tower was placed in service in 1971 and has just completed a complete renovation of the interior.  We now have 51 brand new apartments (Twenty-four 2-bedroom units) complete with modern cooking and living areas,  plenty of storage space, and connections for internet, TV, and telephone services.  Twenty-five 1-bedroom apartments have 600 square feet while the 2-bedroom apartments will be 1,000 square feet.  We also have two small 1-bedroom studio type apartments that are also brand new.  To top it off we have added a lounge, exercise room, and media room complete with computers and wireless internet along with our remodeled community room and laundry facility.  We currently have a 1-bedroom studio available but are taking applications for all apartments.  You must be on our waiting list in order to move into an apartment once one becomes available, so apply today!

Tolin Terrace

Tolin Terrace features very nice 750 square foot 2-bedroom apartments and 600 square foot 1-bedroom apartments all on the ground floor.  Each apartment has nice kitchens with pantries and large living space and storage space.  There are coin operated washers and dryers in the main building.  There is plenty of parking with parks and storage sheds nearby.

Tolin Terrace will undergo renovation in 2009 and 2010 including new sidewalks, new parking lot, new energy efficient heating and cooling systems, new energy star kitchen appliances, new cupboards and countertops in the kitchens, new bathrooms, and new floor coverings.

Rent is based on your income and subsidy is available to assure affordability.

Parkview Plaza

Located at 410 West Court Street, the 5-story building was placed in service in 1980 and features nice 600 square foot, 1-bedroom apartments with plenty of living space and storage. The apartments are enhanced by large community areas on every floor and a laundry facility.  Parkview Plaza is currently closed to new tenants for the Apollo Towers renovation.  We hope to have openings in 2010.
