The 8-story tower was placed in service in 1971 and has just completed a complete renovation of the interior.  We now have 51 brand new apartments (Twenty-four 2-bedroom units) complete with modern cooking and living areas,  plenty of storage space, and connections for internet, TV, and telephone services.  Twenty-five 1-bedroom apartments have 600 square feet while the 2-bedroom apartments will be 1,000 square feet.  We also have two small 1-bedroom studio type apartments that are also brand new.  To top it off we have added a lounge, exercise room, and media room complete with computers and wireless internet along with our remodeled community room and laundry facility.  You must be on our waiting list in order to move into an apartment once one becomes available, so apply today!

Since our apartments are subsidized by government programs you must fill out an application and be placed on our waiting list in order to get an apartment.  We lease to all qualified applicants.  Since our funding for the two towers comes from HUD Project Based Vouchers, your application is reviewed first by Atchison Housing Authority.  We review all applications including those for Tolin Terrace Apartments.  For more information or to download an application, click our Application For Housing page.
